Admin Columns Pro 3.1.1 was just released. This release fixes the problem that probably arose with WordPress 4.0+ and Admin Columns Pro, giving an error (“The plugin does not have a valid header.”) on trying to activate the plugin through clicking the “Activate” link after manually uploading the plugin zip-file through the WordPress admin.
