  1. Do you have a demo version?

    We do not have a demo version, but you can try out the plugin for 60 days. If you are not happy with it we will give you a full refund.

  2. Do I lose my columns settings when I change from Admin Columns to the Pro version?

    No, you do not lose your column settings because the Pro version is build on top of the free version. You just get a lot more awesome features in the Pro version.

  3. Can I use a single licence on a production and development server at once?

    Yes you can but be aware that you can only activate the licence at 1 site. To use the plugin on both sites, we suggest that you activate te plugin on development until the site is live. Then you deactivate the licence for development and activate the licence again on your production installation.

  4. Does this plugin still works, when the licence expires?

    Yes it does. To continue receiving automatic updates and support 1 year after purchase, you will need to renew your licence. We’ll send you an email in advance with instructions to new your licence with a 40% discount.

  5. My Taxonomy – Category and Tags – columns aren’t editable / sortable / filterable

    In most cases the taxonomy columns ( categories and tags ) are added by either WordPress itself, a theme or plugin. To make these columns editable, sortable or filterable you need to replace this column. You can do this by removing it first and add it again with our plugin as a new “Taxonomy” column.

  6. When can I start using Admin Columns?

    After purchasing a license for Admin Columns Pro, you will receive a download link and license code within minutes. Simply follow our 1-minute-install guide and you’re ready to go!

  7. Will Admin Columns Pro stop working if my license expires?

    Of course not! When you’re license expires, Admin Columns Pro continues working, but you will no longer receive upgrades or email support.

  8. If I buy a Personal license, can I upgrade later?

    You can upgrade to a superior licence at any time. You only will pay the difference between plans. You can do so from your account page. Just login to My Account, click the “Upgrade” button, choose the license you want to upgrade to, confirm payment, and that’s it. Your license will be upgraded instantly. You can upgrade from any license to a Business or Developer license.

  9. Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the plugin?

    If you are unhappy with our product or service, let us know within 60 days of your purchase. If we can’t remedy the situation, we will apologize and give you a full refund.
