The Current Status On Development

It’s been a while since we released an update of Admin Columns Pro and this article sheds some light on that. We are working on a major refactor and we decided to focus solely on that.

We get good feedback from our customers. It helps us to decide what to work on. As such, we love it when a customer takes the time to report a bug or suggests improvements. When a bug is reported, we open a ticket for it on GitHub and we try to fix the issue as soon as possible. During this release, we got to some bugs that could not be solved without redoing some parts of Admin Columns. Long story short: we decided to redo these parts and although it is worth the while, the process is very demanding.

I don’t want to get too technical in this update and the details will be shared with you when we release (no exact date yet ;) ). But I can say that we are making the product a lot better for developers, paving the way for planned features like search, Types and Pods integration and made sorting and filtering faster for many columns. And we have of course fixed all (ok, many) bugs.

So hold on a little longer, the release is underway!
