New column type repository?
Hi,
I would like to see the “user role” in my media library table. But there is no option to display that from the Admin Column Pro settings for the “Media” columns, only the “User” columns.
I assume this would require me to write a new column type using the guide found here:?

But I can’t be the first person who ever wanted this. Is there a place users can contribute their custom columns which can then either be imported or added as another plugin? Thanks for your help.
P.S. Also, if there is a simpler solution to showing the user role of the person that uploaded a piece of media, I would love to hear it.
Hi, there is already a column for that. You can add the “Author column” and select “Roles” as it’s displaying format.
Hi Tobias, thanks for the reply. Here is a screen shot, I don’t see “Roles” in the list of available display formats.
I am using version 4.0.7.
