Admin columns has the option to remove a Yoast column, which also removes its corresponding filter. This is intended behaviour for people that want to remove the filter menu. The easiest way to fix it is to re-add the column.

If you do not want to display the column, but do want the filter menu, you can go to the “screen options” (top right) on the products page and hide the column. The filter menu will remain.
