Woocommerce Orders Columns not updating
Hi, not sure what I did, but somehow my Woocommerce Orders columns that I’ve added before are gone. And when I’m trying to add the same ones again none of the save or updates work that it would change the columns in the orders viewlist.
Admin Columns Pro Version 5.7.4
Wordpress 6.0.2
Sadly I don’t see a rollback possibility either to check if it works with older version.
Do you also have the WooCommerce integration installed?
Is it correct that you have these issues after updating Admin Columns Pro to the latest version?
If so, can you tell me from what version you did update the plugin?
When you come from a very old version, you might not have the needed Admin Columns tables in your database.
You can check this by searching for the {prefix}admin_columns table in your database.
If it does not exist, you could try to for the installation script by going to our settings page and add the following to the Url: &ac-force-install=1
That last thing helped. I was updating from 5.7.3 so not that old. Many thanks for the help
Thanks for letting me know. It is still strange that the install param fix helped. This basically means that the tables were not available on your website. When you come from an update, it means that something has removed the tables in between the update. Did you maybe migrate the site or switched from staging/test site to live?
