Woocommerce add-on Products page not loading
When the woocommerce add-on is activated some Admin users cannot access the products list page (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product). They end up getting a 500 error. Any clue why?
Th site is hosted on PRESSABLE with the latest versions of WP and woo as well as all the other plugins. We tried to deactivate all other plugins to make sure it wasn’t a conflict. It’s not.

So I understand you correctly that only some Admins have this issue?
Do you use Columns Sets for the Products overview pages? And if so, did you have columns sets for specific users/roles?
If all users have the same columns sets available, the maybe the problem only occurs after a specific action like sorting or filtering on the product page. The 500 error might be a timeout error if you have a very large database of products.
Anyway, it would be great if we can get the error log for the 500 error so we can better understand why the 500 error occurs. Can you send me the specific 500 error message to support@admincolumns.com?
