I hope you mean exporting to CSV? As we are not in business of importing data to WordPress.
But assuming that is what you mean: can you tell me on which screen (e.g. users, posts, WooCommerce) you are exporting your data? And a sample of the CSV (if not privacy sensitive) would help to inspect the HTML. You can also send it to us on support@amincolumns.com.

I was searching for this a solution to this problem, as well.
It turns out my WooCommerce add-on had been deactivated. Once reactivated, my CSV was formatted properly without html tags being injected.
