Users.php list view empty with AC active

Hello,

When I have Admin Columns active on my 4.7.1 site (and previously 4.7), we’re seeing no results on the users list until we try re-ordering by any column.

Blank:
/wp-admin/users.php

Displays Users:
/wp-admin/users.php?orderby=username&order=asc

It’s like that on every page load with Admin Columns the only active plugin. Turn Admin Columns off, loads fine.

The

<tbody id="the-list" data-wp-lists="list:user">

element source is empty.

Just a heads-up. Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks
Cory

Hi Cory,

Do you see a ‘reset sorting’ button on top of the overview?
If yes, than the stored default sorting preference is active and this can result in an empty overview when the value of a column is empty. Otherwise there is something else going on I cannot pinpoint right now. If you want, I can have a look at your environment to see what is going on. You can send a login to support@admincolumns.com or you can try to contact me on the live chat.

Thanks, that works for us.

Odd thing — it seems to have worked across sites on the same network? I hit “reset sorting” on site #1 and it resolved the issue for sites 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Sounds correct?

Anyhow, thanks!

Hi Steven,

Great the issue is fixed, but it doesn’t sound correct that it should affect all other network sites.
We will check this out again, thanks for the feedback!
