User role condition not working? Disable Column Set Drop-Down

Hello! I believe I have a simple set-up. I have two roles, a manager and a coach. The manager needs to see all columns to manage coaches, but the coach only needs to see a few columns. I have set this up with role conditions and the column-set drop-down box still displays for coach. How can I get rid of column-set dropdown for locked roles? Thanks!

Hi! Can you send me a screenshot of your column settings for both the column sets? Based on your use case, I would expect two column sets. One column set specifically for Manager and one column set only restricted for coach and maybe the manager as well if you want that set to be available for both roles.

It is good to know that if you have a column without any roles or users attached, it will be available for all users.
