User isses (missing and unable to log in)
I have a site with the latest release and custom user roles. in role 1 I have 2 users but only 1 shows and can login if this plugin is active. In role 2, also custom I see the same issue. Admin shows no users even though there is 1 and Author shows no users even though there is 1. If I disable this plugin all users are visible and can access the site.
Just to confirm, are you saying that some users are unable to log in when our plugin is active? If that is how you’re experiencing it, then something must indeed be going on, and we would be happy to help you look into it
Please note that our plugin does not make changes to user login behavior or how roles work by default. That said, unexpected interactions can sometimes happen, especially in combination with other plugins or custom code
I’m also curious whether those users are visible in the Users table when you filter by their role. If not, please check if the table is being sorted by a column. In that case, a “Reset Sorting” button will appear above the table. Clicking that might help reveal users that are currently hidden due to sorting. It would be quite strange if this kind of issue is caused by a code-related bug, but we’re definitely happy to investigate further
