Unable to send to backend

“Unable to send to database” error occurs when using Admin Columns Pro filters on WooCommerce Products

When using the smart filter, I am unable to create simple searches like title. Issues are not appearing on older versions of the website with similar product/post count. Unsure what to do or what to “reset”. Currently on the latest version of Admin Columns Pro.

Correction: The Search does work for all other products, just not the items with the word “Peggy.” These were products the client was updating on Friday. Do you have any ideas why this would be the case?

Just to confirm: when Smart Filtering is enabled and you search for a title containing “Peggy”, you see an error that says “Unable to send to database”. Is that right?

To help us reproduce and fix this, could you please share:
– A screenshot of the error and the filter you’re using
– The exact filter/query steps you take
– Your setup: WordPress version, Admin Columns (and AC Pro) version, PHP/MySQL versions
– Whether the issue persists with all other plugins disabled and a default theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Five)

If the screenshot or logs include sensitive information, feel free to email them to support@admincolumns.com and reference this thread.

After further research, the issue stems from our use of Yoast SEO plugin. Deactivating this plugin resolves our issue. And after even further research, we had to “Reset indexables & migrations” and then used the “SEO Optimization” tool to get the issue resolved.

This can be marked as resolved.
