Unable to activate
When I enter my license, I get the following error:
0: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known.
This particular site is on a Windows server. Perhaps this is part of the problem?
The issue is ‘your server’ can not reach ‘our server’. It seems that your webhosting is blocking the connection. Most server do not have such strict settings, but it seems your hosting does.
Unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do to solve this. You could contact your webhoster to see if they can allow a connection to ‘www.admincolumns.com’.
If they ask for the PHP Error you can mention: “php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known.”
In the meanwhile you can always download the latest version of Admin Columns Pro at “my account” and update manually.
