Sorting Not Working for Some Fields
When I try to sort by some fields such as Categories or Word Count, i receive a “No posts found.” message.
My error logs show the following: KILLED QUERY (21442 characters long generated):
I believe my webhost will stop any inefficient queries over 16k in length. Is there anything to mitigate this, or am i unable to use the sorting feature on any non-standard fields?

This indeed seems to be the case.
Unfortunately there is currently no way to mitigate this.
Sorting is improved for our upcoming 4.0 release so maybe this will fix the problem.

That would be great. My primary reason for upgrading to pro was for this sorting feature. Is there a tentative release date for the 4.0 release?
