Sorting by a custom taxonomy column filters results without a value assigned
Sorting by a custom taxonomy column will also filter out and hide the posts that don’t have a taxonomy value assigned. That’s counterintuitive since “sorting” doesn’t imply that it will also “filter” the results.
This is indeed the default behavior of sorting in our plugin.
You can change this behavior on our settings page (settings tab).
Please notice that enabling the settings to show records that have no value might have an impact on your performance of the website.
