Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
I see the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when I go to the settings.
I’ve deactivated all plugins except cpt UI and Admin Columns Pro but it made no difference.
What should I do?

I suspect that your user does not have the correct capability to visit the page.
Normally the capabilities are created during the installation of the plugin.
You can try to visit the page (where you have the error) and add the following to the URL:
&ac-force-install=1
This should force you to run the installation script. After a reload, you should have access to the page.
