We don’t have a column for that and I’m not sure we will.
A term of its own has no term_order.
By default in WordPress, only the relationship can have an order (term_order in the wp_term_relatioships table) but since there can be multiple relations for a single term, I don’t know how we can ever make a column for your use case. Unless you use a plugin that can give a term an order of its own. In that case, I expect that it is stored in the term_meta table and thus can be extracted by our Custom Field column.
