Both the billing and shipping phone numbers are stored in the actual Order and not on the user.
Of course, a user can have multiple orders and each order can have its own billing and shipping phone number.
This means that this information cannot be retrieved on the user page itself. You could try to use the custom field column and search for the phone field, but that is not necessarily the same number as on the order.
