Scope of the “priority” support by email?

I see here that there is a priority support by email only.

Is this only for critical issues, or also for any issues?

Do we get answers faster with this priority support by email or you prefer to still use this forum here?

Since our forum is exclusive to active customers, all topics posted there, as well as emails sent to our support team, are treated with the same level of priority.
