Pulling ‘User Notes’ in to the Order Admin page
I am using the Order Notes plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-notes/
Could anyone suggest how I can display any notes in a column on the Order Admin page? I can’t find a field in the Custom Fields to use. I’ve also posted this question in their support and awaiting a response.

I did have a quick look and found that they use the meta key ‘user-notes-note’ to store the data.
So you should be able to use the Custom Field column and select that key in the Field setting.
