PHP Fatal Error

Hi,

On one of my clients, using your the plugin’s pro version, we suddenly started having the error reported below. It is a serious errors since it doesn’t allow us to access WP’s backend.

We were working with the most up to date version of the plugin, and had had no issue at all in the past.

Thank you!

M

Did you get this error after an update?
Could you maybe try to completely remove our plugin from your install and install the plugin manually again?
No settings will be lost during this process.
If the problem still exists after this actions, please send me an email at support@admincolumns.com so we can have a better look at the issue.

Dear Stefan,

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I couldn’t access WP’s backend due to the mentioned error. But the hosting company helped me out restoring the site to an earlier back up point. I proceeded then to update WordPress and all the plugins and the error did not show up anymore. Thank you for helping with this.
