Ordering Modern Tribe Events
Hello,
I had a client ask me to have their Events Calendar events order (in the admin area) by the most recently modified or added. There’s a Admin Columns option for “Last Modified” so I added this. However, when you toggle it, it doesn’t quite work. When I toggle to the most recent first, I see a date of July 6. But further down the list I see other events with a modification date of July 22 — a date later on. I’d expect, then that the July 22 modified events would show up at the top of the list. Why do you think this is?

Not sure, it seems like the Events Calender is overruling the sorting set by Admin Columns. I will create a ticket for it.

Hi Courtney,
We looked into it and unfortunately the Events plugin uses its own sorting mechanism that overrides the ACP plugin.
It will take to much time and refactoring to create a solution for this specific problem so we decided not to make a fix for this. I wil close this topic.
