Oh dear…

Just upgraded to v7 and everything admincolumns-wise became a mess, so I downgraded back to v6.
For a moment I thought, is this Drupal I am upgrading? ;-)
You should have kept backwards compatibility. Backwards compatibility is one of the reasons WordPress became so popular. I am sorry, but I refuse to spend time on the broken sites, just because you decided to break one of the most useful plugins, at least for me. Just my two cents.

Take care,
Kostas

Hi Kostas,

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us. I am sorry to hear that upgrading to v7 caused such frustration. We have put a lot of effort into making the upgrade as seamless as possible and to preserve backwards compatibility wherever we can, so it is concerning to hear that things broke on your end. That is not what we want for anyone.

If you are willing, could you share a bit more detail about what went wrong? For example, what specifically broke, or what changed after the upgrade? Any specifics (version, screenshots or error messages) would really help us understand the issue and potentially fix it.

I would really like to look into this and see if we can resolve it. If you want, you can also email me at support@admincolumns.com.

Cheers, Tobias

Hello,

I think later versions have fixed things up. My custom columns, from not showing at all, they show very nice now.
A great well-done to the developers, for getting us back in business.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you,
Kostas
