not able to upgrade

it says:

To enable automatic updates enter your license key. If you don’t have a license key, please see details & pricing.

The license key has been entered, why can’t we upgrade?

Can you try to deactivate the license and activate it again in order to see if that changes anything?
If not, can you reach me at support@admincolumns.com so we can do some further testing?
