No "Filter" button on Users

Hi,

Admin Column is working fine for a couple of objects but for users, we can not (or can no longer) see the “filter” button, hence, we cannot filter.

Hi Adrien,

The button is only available when there are filter drop-downs available.
Do you have active filter on the overview and do you see the drop-downs?
Otherwise, are you on a multisite WordPress environment?
But filter button on the network users overview page is added by Javascript.
If there is a JS error on that page, it may prevent our button to be added to the overview.

Hi Stephan,

– Yes, there are 10+ filter drop-downs on that page
– Yes, I can see the drop-down, I can on and off filters (without filtering effect)
– No, we are not on multiple WP environment
– No, I am not aware of any JS error on that page, I can’t see one.

You could first try to update our plugin to the latest version. We just released 4.2.4.
