My Admin User Account Suddenly Hangs on Products

Hi, thanks for your time.

So suddenly my ADMIN account started to HANG on the products page. When I disable the Admin Columns.. I can go to Products just fine.. I thought perhaps to change to a different “view” through another ADMIN profile but.. do you know why this would happen? It has happened to serveral Admin accounts several times.

Hello,

I suspect you have a lot of products and that you tried to sort on a column that might cause performance issues. If you can access our settings page, you can try to click on the ‘reset sorting preferences’ button to restore the default sorting. If I’m correct, it will make your products overview work again. You can try to find the column that is causing the issue and disable sorting for this column. It’s a known bug that sorting on some columns might cause some performance issues on some environments. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
