Thanks for your question. To make sure we’re on the same page: it’s not entirely clear whether you mean the columns as shown in the list table, or the available columns while editing a column set.

In most cases, I would recommend starting by removing the existing columns that use the old MetaBox relationships and then adding them again. Admin Columns builds the list of available relationship columns in real time based on the current MetaBox configuration, so the available columns list should reflect the updated relationship names automatically.

If, after removing and re-adding the columns, you still only see the old relationship names, then we may need a bit more context. Could you please share a few screenshots showing:
– where you still see the old relationship names, and
– whether this is happening in the column settings screen or in the actual table view?
