Media Library filter
Hi,
I know ACP already has the option to add category filters and thats great :D
Can ACP add a item to the category filter drop-down to filter by items that don’t have a category applied to them yet.

Hi John, good suggestion! Natively categories always have the “uncategorized” term, but not for custom taxonomies. I think we’ll be able to add an “is empty” selection to the filter dropdown. Let me look into this and I’ll get back to you!

So I tried the new “Empty” and “not empty” items from the filter drop-down and they don’t seem to return any results.
Any ideas?

Hi John, I let that one slip through (forgot to alter the WP_Query) but I fixed it, this will go into the next release v3.3.4. Thanks for reporting it!

I have added your feature request for top or bottom placement of the empty/not empty options to our github list. We will discuss this with the team and inform you when it makes the roadmap.
