Is this also a commonL10n error?
I click on the export button, but it never starts and shows always 0%.

I’m not sure if it is related.
Can you have a look at your console and see if there are any Javascript errors and if the Ajax call that is fired has a valid (JSON) response? I expect that there is something else happening aside from the commonL10n issue.
