Is there an option to Search fields?
Within the Users, I try using the Search to find a user by first name. But when I search for that first name, it returns 0 results.

Our plugin does nothing with the search which is a default WordPress feature.
You can add the First name column and add filtering for this field but it still does nothing with the searchbox on top of the table. We already have a feature request for search but we’re not sure for which release we’re going to develop this.
You can have a look at this plugin, I believe this plugin does the trick for you.
