Is it possibly to show the Users City as a column on the User List Screen
Hi.
Is it possible to show on the ‘User List screen’ in the admin area the Users Billing Address City value?
If so, would that be with the PRO version?

Yes, you will need the WooCommerce add-on for that. It will allow you to add any customer information to the table, including city.
