[Important] License key deactivated and updates not available

Here is an important message for customers that have their license deactivated and were not able to activate the license again.

​We had an issue on our website, causing update calls to our website to send wrong information. Unfortunately, this also causes some environments to deactivate the license and making it impossible to activate the license again. The issue on our website has been fixed, and activating a license should be possible again. For all environments where the license was deactivated, it is good to know it will automatically re-activate within 24 hours (24 April 12:00 GMT).

You can also activate the license your self. Below is a checklist to follow to make updates work again on your environment:

​- Make sure to activate the license (once again). You should see the license input with the license number visible. The license number will already be pre-filled. Click on the “update license” button to activate.
​- Go to the Dashboard -> Updates page and click on ‘check again’ to make WordPress check for updates on our server
​- When you go to the plugins page, you should be able to update the plugin again
