Hide/Disable Tabel View Selection Box (Dropdown)
Hi, I’m using Column Set feature to create different custom column view for each user role, and every time I create a custom column set for specific role, it always add “Original View’ option to the dropdown. I don’t need the dropdown box especially when custom Column Set is set for 1 role/user only. I want the users to see custom column assigned to them immediately without requires the option to switch between ‘Original View’ and ‘Custom View’. How can I do this??
There is no way to set a ‘Default’ column set for users. It takes the available column set for a user / roles and display them ordered by ID or custom order that can be determined in the column settings by dragging the columns sets on the right. You could decide to restrict your original view as well so that there is only one set available for your user / role.
