When the “Entry Date” column is configured with any date format other than the default, the Date Format selection is ignored.

Since the output for the Gravity Forms column is managed by Gravity Form itself, we cannot change the display value for those columns. Therefore this column should not have this setting. Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this at this moment.
