Filtering comments not working

Hi,
I have a custom post type named “BDD clients”. This custom post type is not public, only backend users can use it. Many custom fields and datas. Everything works well.
We use default WordPress comments system to add comments for this CPT. When we try to filter the CPT in admin column pro with the “comments” column all posts disappear (no post found).
Can you help please?

I’m trying to reproduce the issue.
Can you send me a screenshot of the settings for this specific ‘comments’ column?
I expect you’re using the ‘Comment Count’ or ‘Latest Comment’ column, is that right?
And can you also send me a screenshot of the table of how you tried to filter?
