Filter values not updating (ACF fields)
We’ve updated the values for some ACF fields and the changes are not reflecting in the associated filter in the admin. Example: “Department” field was “Youth Dinner” and was changed to “Dinner”. Custom fields show updated Department, Columns display updated Department, but the “Department” dropdown filter still says “Youth Dinner”. It does filter correctly to the updated posts.
Of note:
- This is happening on a custom post type (do not know if happening on regular types)
- Site was previously running a 4.x version of ACP, which appeared to be working properly
- I deleted “ac_cache_data_*” options from wp_options, but they re-generated with same old data

The issue lies in the plugin: Custom Database Tables.
We don’t support that plugin as it writes the data in a custom table instead of the post meta tables.
Our filtering, sorting and search features only work on the post/use metatables and cannot work on custom database tables.
