Filter by Taxonomy not returning complete results.
This issue just cropped up recently I believe after we updated plugins (WooCommerce, ACF, Admin Columns Pro, etc). When filtering by a taxonomy term all matching results are not being returned.

In the above screenshot, the only filtering criteria is by taxonomy term and a single result is returned. However, there are a number of other results which should be appearing:

One thing I do notice (not sure if it’s related) the single result returned is categorized as “Uncategorized” while the ones missing are not.
The ‘Designer’ field is an ACF Taxonomy field, set to ‘Save Terms’.
I have tried removing all custom code in functions.php and disabling all plugins except those needed to test (WooCommerce, ACF, Admin Columns Pro).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was trying to reproduce the issue, but I was not able to get the same issue on my environment.
I created an ACF Taxonomy field and played a bit with the save and load terms to post, but with no luck.
Do you have the same issue when you filter on the default category column? Can you maybe give me access to your (test/staging) environment or send me an export of your ACF fields for products so I can test it even better?
