Featured Image – inline edit for product categories
Is there a way to inline edit the featured image for product categories? Not sure why, but it feels as though there are less options available on that config page then were previously available. Namely, the ability to edit/update the featured image… but, there are are only a few setup/config options available… and it’s not listed in Custom Fields either.
Do you have the WooCommerce integration add-on installed and activated? When the add-on is active you have the “Image” column available from the column selection menu. This column displays the featured image for any product category. And the image can then also be updated using inline editing.
DOH! oh man, my bad. yeah, i thought there was something missing. i guess i just assumed that it was already installed, but it was not.
