Hi Evan,
We removed the AC_Column_Actions class in our latest version and removed all references to this file. But we had another customer with the same problem. It turned out this file was cached by the server somehow. Can you try to clear the object cache or try to remove our plugin and install a fresh copy of the plugin and let me know if this fixes the problem?
