Export to CSV returns Failed to load resource (500 error)

Hi,

I am currently using the current version of Admin Columns Pro (5.1.6) and am trying to export a list to a CSV file.

When I click the “export” button – i get the message “Exporting current list of items. Processed 0 of 1256 items (0%).” – however this message is idle and does not seem to be progressing with any processed items.

I see the error in the browser console “Failed to load resource” (refer to screenshot link below)

Can you please advise what may be causing this issue?

Hello,

If there is a 500 error, there should be a related error in your error log.
Can you have a look at the log and send me anything related to admin columns pro to support@admincolumns.com so I can help you further?

Hi Stefan,

I fixed this issue by removing the “Action” item from my custom columns list.

This seemed to do the trick and I was able to export the CSV file.
