Export options not working in different env
Hello,
I just bought AdminColumns PRO. I tested it on the local server and everything seems to work fine.
On the other hand in staging and the prod environment, I can’t make the export button appear. When I try to choose which columns I want to export, after page reload, my every choice is set to null again. Looks like it ignores my options.
Maybe you have any idea why is that?
Can you check if in the database the {prefix}admin_columns table is available?
I believe that the tables were not created during installation/activation.
You can force the creation of those tables by adding the following to the URL when you’re on our settings page:
&ac-force-install=1
This will force the installation script to run that also creates the necessary tables.
Can you try that and let me know if that works?
