error at activation for Pro version

hi,
i purchased the plugin and try to activate on siteground.com cloud hosting. I receive this error when i want to activate it

Warning: require_once(/home/myuserx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/admin-columns-pro/classes/Editing/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/myuserx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/admin-columns-pro/admin-columns-pro.php on line 55

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/myuserx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/admin-columns-pro/classes/Editing/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php70/pear') in /home/myuserx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/admin-columns-pro/admin-columns-pro.php on line 55

PS. do i need to delete the free version (the settings for columns will be preserved)?

thanks

Hi,

That issue has been fixed in version 4.5.2. This error happens on case sensitive servers only. I would suggest deleting the plugin first and re-install the latest version. That should solve it.

Or.. you could manually rename Load.php (uppercase) to load.php (lowercase) – within the folder: ‘admin-columns-pro/classes/Editing’.

Cheers

Sometimes when you use FTP for file uploading it will skip files that “look” the same. It’s best to completely delete the plugin and then re-upload it. That will make sure you have all the files copied.

I figured out the problem myself and did the manual rename – the copy you server when someone buys the plugin clearly isn’t the latest one. I couldn’t enter the license key with the bug as it is so you probly want to fix this – a non developer would’ve been completely stumped…

Awesome software though – works flawlessly on my dev server if not client’s weird live server;)
