Empty response from API.
I have just bought ACP and I’m trying to active it on my localhost whilst in development. I want to add the ACF addon and activate my key, however, I’m getting this error message when adding my key “Empty response from API.”
Please advise.

Thanks for noticing.
Can you try to activate it again? I did our API and it seems to be working now.
If it still does not work, you local environment is maybe blocking the outgoing call to our server.
Activating the product only allows you to use auto update, but you can also download the latest versions of the plugin and add ons (if you have the correct license) from our website and install it.

Receiving this error too on a local environment.
Thoughts? I actually get the same error on a live site (albeit still behind an htaccess user/pass)
There are no known issues with our API.
Maybe your server is blocking the call to our API server.

– From which domain do you try to activate the license?
– Are you technical enough to do some PHP debugging?
