Date Based Conditional Formatting
I have an even post type and would like to use conditional formatting for dates to show on those events that have a start date equal to or greater than today. Is that possible? I have tried a few variations and nothing seems to work.
I just realized there were more options – future and past … brilliant.
Now that I have figured it out, is there a way to filter these conditions? Show events for today, past, future? A date range option for date fields would be a great addition (feature request).

If you used the Custom Field column and select the date as field type, you should have mentioned filtering options available to filter on. Filtering on Today, Past, Future is something that our plugin already supports.
I see this is available in the smart filters. That was not immediately apparent. Thank you.
