Custom field filter dropdown empty
Hi guys,
as support for ACF sub fields in grouped fields are currently not supported I tried to workaround this by adding a Custom Field column type for this sub field (basic select dropdown field) and enable filters on it.
But the resulting filter dropdown is empty.
Please bring back filters for ACFs group fields.
But for a start, fixing this issue would be great as well!

We never supported the pro features for the ACF Clone, Repeater, and Group field.
But we’re working on a refactor of the plugin to support those fields.
You could try to use Smart Filtering if you’re using the Custom Field column in order to find some of the results.
I’m not sure why the dropdown does not work for you.
Do you get any options when you select another custom field as key?

thanks for your quick response.
As for the empty filter dropdown. I double checked this again and found that we had a bug in adding our own custom filter hook using acp/filtering/dropdown_args for other screens.
So that’s resolved. Smart Filterung would have been an option as well, you’re right.
But we’re working on a refactor of the plugin to support those fields.
