Corrupted user configuration?

I have two users that are getting timeout errors on two different computers and not others. Other users don’t have a problem with those computers.

Is there a way I can selectively reset user configurations to see if that is the issue?

Hi Dirk, you could try to reset their sorting preference.Go to Dashboard > Settings > Admin Columns > Settings (tab) and click “Reset Sorting Preferences”.
