After making any changes (ie, adding or deleting a column) I click save. Although it appears to save changes, upon refresh the added or deleted columns return.

I have tried deactivating all plugins, uninstalling all plugins, clearing dynamic & mem cache, local cache & cookies, repairing data tables, changing PHP from “standard” to “ultrafast” on Siteground, etc! Nothing resolves the issue.
