Can’t sort by billing_company
Hi, is there a way to get this column to sort? It is also not searchable, which seems odd.

At this moment, we don’t have a solution for that.
Since the related custom field for the author column can become quite complex, it will be hard to create sorting and smart filtering for it. I’ve added it to the feature request list so we can have another look at it.
Hi, I hope responding to this will bump this.
Is there any solution for this? It has become a challenge for my client and I’d love to find a workaround. The issue for them is they cannot Search the billing_company column.

But for that first one, using Author, it won’t search or sort. And if I try to use Custom Field, it just gives me a bunch of token looking strings in the Field dropdown.
