Cannot sort on Registered Date
In the doc it says I should be able to sort on Registered Date, but it is not an option on the Settings tab. How do I turn this on?

Hi Adrienne,
Are you sure you installed the pro version of our plugin.
The Registered date for the User overview should definitely be sortable.
Can you otherwise please try to reproduce the following steps?
1) Go to the User overview page
2) Click on the ‘edit columns’ button on top of the screen (You’re now on the User overview column settings page)
3) Click on the ‘+ Add Column’ button to add a new column to this overview
4) Look for the ‘Registered’ column in the custom section for the field type
5) Now you should be able to make this column sortable, filterable or editable.
So deleting and re-adding the column worked. Thanks I should have tried that first.
No Problem. Maybe you had another ‘registered date’ column from another third party plugin. All our pro features only works for default WordPress columns and columns created by us. Or for third party plugin column we made an integration for. I will close this topic.
