Bur relating to licence expiring in 2002
Hello,
We purchased our licence about 3 months ago, it was going fine, but since a few days we have this error message
“Your Admin Columns Pro license has expired on 2002-10-06! Renew your license now by going to your My Account page. Check my license.”
We’ve tried to de-activate and reactivate but does not help.

Did you already update our plugin to the latest version?
This should be fixed when you have the latest version.
When you click on the ‘check my license’ it should fix the problem when you’re on the latest version

But there are no ways to update the plugin with this bug. I tried everything. Only option would be to remove the current version of the plugin, install the new one… but are we going to lose our settings if we do so?

Hi Adrien,
You can safely remove our plugin and install the latest version from our website if updating is unavailable right now. No settings will be lost during an update. All column settings are stored in the database so they will be there, even when you remove our plugin.
